With a very convincing 34-1 vote the Colorado Senate approved hb109 a bill focused on tightening regulations on caregivers and providers across the state.  SEE FULL BILL(.pdf) Today, the Cannabis Therapy Institute met to discuss a strategy to try and de-rail this bill.

Chris Romer’s SB109 is a bill that will try to define medical marijuana doctor and patient relationships. Romer’s bill is not designed to create more growing operations, but instead to turn the doctor-patient relationship from a retail model into an actual clinical model.
