California Medical Marijuana Advocates Battling Tax Ordinances
In San Jose, there’s another new ordinance suggested by Councilman Pierluigi Oliverio that would allow the city sell permits to dispensaries and then tax the medicine. California Supreme Court Rules Against Possession Limits
From AP Story: The California Supreme Court ruled that state lawmakers were wrong to change provisions of the voter-approved Proposition 215. The 1996 measure allowed for patients with a doctor’s recommendation to possess an unspecified amount of marijuana.
