Washington Gov. Chris Gregoire Vetoes Senate Bill 5073
Defending the interest of state employees, Washington Gov. Chris Gregoire vetoed SB 5073 which would allow dispensaries, patient registries and growing operations to be legalized in Washington State. Despite the overwhelming support for medical marijuana by the citizens in Washington, Governor Gregoire elected to veto this bill.
